Your email address. The referral code you arrived with, if any. The categories of markets you tell us you care about. Your position and invite count on the list.

Technical and product data: an anonymous visitor identifier and a session token stored in your browser's local storage, the page paths you visit on this site, your traffic or referral source, and basic funnel events such as visiting, starting the signup form, confirming your email and sharing an invite link.

Fraud-prevention signals: your IP address is processed when you sign up or request a link. We store it only as an irreversible hash, used for rate limiting and to detect self-referral. Our hosting and database providers also log request metadata, including IP address and browser user-agent, for security and reliability.

We do not ask for financial account details, identity documents, or portfolio data before launch.

To operate the list, to order it, to credit referrals, to send access and recovery links, and to tell you when access opens. We use market interest and funnel events in aggregate to decide which markets to build first and to understand where signups come from.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with advertisers or data brokers. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Invite links reveal a position and tier, never an email address.

We keep list records until launch or until you ask us to delete them. Email hello@verdictmarkets.co and we will remove your record, position and associated event data. You can clear the identifiers stored in your browser at any time by clearing site data.

We use third-party providers by category: application hosting and edge delivery, managed database and authentication, and transactional email delivery. They process this data only on our instructions. Access is limited to the people operating the launch.
